How long does it take to receive my order?

We source our watches from several designers from United States, Europe and Asia. In order to keep our inventory affordable and up to date, we ship our products from a centralized fulfillment center in Asia. Therefore, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for the shipping time.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping for any orders worldwide.

When will my order ship?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 3 working days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day as items may be temporarily out of stock. But rest assured that any shipping delays will be communicated to you.

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

TESTORYS cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

What is your return policy?

All purchases from TESTORYS can be returned within a 30-days trial period, starting the day of receiving the order, without stating a reason.

All items returned within the 30-days trial period must be in the same condition in which they were received. The returned products will be carefully examined, as they must be unworn and in their original packaging- containing all accessories of the packaging.

In case the product is received broken or damaged, the buyer is obliged to inform us immediately and we will send further instruction of how to proceed.

We kindly ask you to contact with your order number, where we will make sure that you receive all of the instructions to return the product back to us. Please note that return costs will apply, if you wish to return the products back to us within 14 days. Once we have received it, we will process your return and complete your refund or replacement.
